We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our expanding team!.
Perth based role with the ability to travel to site if and when required.

About the role

  • Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget, while satisfying the client's needs.
  • Assist in planning material, resources and systems usage for successful, cost-effective, and best-practice project completion.
  • Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety and environmental considerations.
  • Participate in client/contractor meetings.
  • Manage cost control for certain scope of works and maintain look ahead.
  • Read and interpret design plans and drawings.
  • Supervise, mentor and support Graduate Engineers.
  • Developing Engineering Procedures and Methodologies. (e.g., BW Change Methodology, Slew Bearing Methodology).
  • Liaise with the Client on any project matter.
  • Travel to Site when the company requires.

About you

Desired Experience:

  • Balance Machines knowledge.
  • Mechanical Inspections and Reporting.
  • Structural Inspections and Reporting.
  • Hydraulic Systems.
  • Site Engineering Experience, 
  • Design Upgrades and Refurbishment to OEM Equipment

Capability & Experience will you need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Civil engineering or similar.
  • Site-based experience working on a range of packages.
  • An ability to understand design, problem solve, learn, adapt and continually challenge yourself.
  • Well-developed communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff and clients.
